Alexandra Mangei - Germany
As the first-born in a family of entrepreneurs, Alexandra was born with entrepreneurial genes.
After graduating from high school, completing an apprenticeship and studying business administration, she applied her knowledge over many years in retail, wholesale and sales.
She has been part of the Extended DISC Deutschland (Germany) KG team since 2009.
Here she brings in all the experience from her professional life, is the contact person for interested parties and is responsible for existing customers. The focus is on developing project-related solutions for customers using the FinxS platform.
Combining the results from several tools is of great interest, especially in Germanyand Alexandra thrives and cherishes both the challenge and the opportunity to find pathways of information that could make the analysis of data more relevant and practically applicable to their clients at Extended DISC Germany .
Eeva Petersson - Sweden
Eeva has studied at the IHM Business School and has a Diploma in Business Administration.
She is a Certified Trainer for Europe’s Apex Coaching Certification Body – ICC. Eeva holds other educations in Marketing Communication, from NBI & RMI Bergh’s, Spin Sales training and more. She is also a Certified user and trainer in Extended DISC,
Eeva has an extensive experience working as a manager and leader at both operational and strategic level. Eeva has built several sales- and marketing operations. Eeva is one of two founders and owners inExtended DISC Sweden AB.
Eeva is a specialist in leadership, communication and behaviour, sales management, conflict management and leadership coaching. Eeva has since 2008 worked as a coach and conducted trainings, development programs within sales, conflict management, communication and behaviour and coaching.
Javier Galaz – South Cone - Chile, Perú , Uruguay and Argentina
Javier has an Administration Degree and MBA in Universidad Adolfo Ibañez and more than 20 years experience in key Executive positions in both local and muti national companies. Voted consistently as a Top 100 HR Influencer in Latam 2018, 2019 & 2020 Javier and his team strive to make a meaningful impact to their customers. Accredited by the ICF as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) international programs,
he has developed his experience mainly to help with the processes of organizational change, talent management, leadership development and team development.
John Lau - Malaysia
Besides being certified in Advanced Applications of Extended DISC Tools, John is Business Simulation Facilitator and an Approved Human Resource Development Council Trainer from Malaysia.
Over the past 20 years working with large multinational companies across financial, consumer, technology, construction and professional industries, John has developed unconventional yet pragmatic approaches in managing change, assessing talent and transforming leadership. He is known for his daring styles in confronting performance dilemmas, team dysfunctions and individual accountability. He is fun but serious, provocative but professional and creative but bottom-line driven.
Maanveer Singh - India
A Graduate with Economics from St. Xavier’s College Mumbai, Maanveer had went on to complete courses in Marketing Management and International Trade from Xavier’s Institute of Management – Mumbai.
A career in Sales with some of the leading Consumer Product and Office Automation companies, Maanveer, bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, ventured into exports of Chemicals for 5 years.
Back in the mainstream of corporate life Maanveer got exposed to Profiling tools while working for JP Morgan Chase and immediately knew that this he wanted to explore and develop this passion on a more serious basis…
He moved into training and development and got himself Certified in DISC Methodology and has launched the Extended DISC® Brand in India under license of Extended DISC International, Finland.
The launch of the new production platform – FinxS® in 2011 was yet another opportunity to move the business to a blue ocean using visionary resources within standard tools to create value propositions for the customer beyond formatted information
Suhas Kulkarni – Indonesia
After completing his Bachelors of Engineering specializing in Printing and Printing Technology, Suhas went on to complete a Post Graduated course in Organisational Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur and later a course in General Management from IIM- Ahmedabad.
Suhas is also certified in Six Sigma, Extended DISC Behavioural Analysis, FinxS Sales Assessments, Reasoning Analysis and Open 360.
On the work front Suhas has worked with organisations like DuPont, Windmoeller & Hoelscher as MD-India, Solenis as strategic roles in APAC leading to Director S E Asia and India.
Currently with DKSH initially as GM APAC and now as MD Technology, Suhas operates from Indonesia with a keen overview of APAC and Global markets for the organisation.
